Lead Radar
demo · real profiles
New islands, spotted first.
exceptional founders connected to Spain, flagged the moment they go stealth.

Your searchable history of every founder the radar surfaces, scored against Archipélago Next's thesis and ranked. Filter by hub and by date.

Why you reach them first
Tuned to the flip
Scored on the moment someone goes stealth, not on being an already-established founder.
Stale is dropped
A years-old "stealth" label fails the gate. A fresh, genuine flip clears it.
Days, not months
Runs weekly on a tight recency window, so a new founder surfaces within days of their first public signal.
Early is visible
Every card shows how fresh the flip is and when you caught it. Filter and sort by freshness.
The earliest public signal, before a company, a hire, or press. No tool sees private intent before that; among public signals, you are at the front of the line.

What the radar watches · live stealth-signal pool

Each run scans Spain's full pool of people who just signalled a stealth or founder move, plus Spain-connected founders building abroad, then scores the freshest and highest-potential.

How it is scored

Public professional-profile data is filtered to people in the hubs you monitor whose headline recently flipped to stealth or "building something new." Claude then scores each candidate against Archipélago Next's thesis on three pillars:

Exceptional /40
Pedigree and founder quality: a senior or early role at a top company or strong scaleup, a prior exit or repeat-founder track record, a leading university, or a proven builder path.
Stealth-intent /40 · the gate
Genuinely starting now: the headline or current role says stealth or building, it recently changed, and they just left a real employer. Score below 20 here and the lead is dropped, however strong the pedigree.
Thesis-fit /20
Spain or Spain-connected, pre-seed or seed, B2B software with real stickiness: the kind of bet Archipélago Next makes.

Total is the three summed (0 to 100). A person is flagged only if they clear the stealth gate and score 65 or above. Everyone else stays in "Also reviewed" so nothing is hidden. Every person is stored once under a unique key, so no one is ever flagged twice.

How it works

An automated pipeline that runs on a schedule: a people-data signal in, a ranked lead out. The same steps run for one hub or for all of Europe.

Runs automatically on a schedule · public professional data only · hosted in the EU · human in the loop, no automated outreach.
01
Signal
We watch public professional profiles in each hub for a fresh flip to a stealth or founder headline, within the last few months.
02
Collect
Each signalled person's full profile is pulled once (roles, education, location) and de-duplicated, so no one is processed twice.
03
Score
Claude scores the whole batch against 100in's three-pillar thesis and the stealth gate, with a written reason for each person.
04
Store
Results are saved to a private, EU-hosted store, keyed on a unique identity so a person is never flagged twice.
05
Deliver
Flagged founders land in your weekly digest and here, ranked, with the why and the profile link.

The radar flags; a person decides. Public professional data only, GDPR-aligned: a lawful basis of legitimate interest, no automated outreach, and a one-request opt-out that removes and suppresses a person for good.
